Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our online workshop ("Social Media Masterclass"). By registering for or participating in the Workshop, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Workshop.
1. Registration and Payment
1.1. Eligibility: The Workshop is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent if under 18. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
1.2. Registration Process: To participate, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fee as outlined on our website. Registration is not complete until full payment is received.
1.3. Payment Terms: All fees for the Workshop must be paid in advance via the payment methods specified on our website. All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. General Refund Policy: Refunds for the Workshop are subject to the following conditions:
- Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if you cancel your registration at least 14 calendar days before the Workshop start date. Requests must be submitted in writing to hello@kylielange.com.
- Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel your registration between 7 and 13 calendar days before the Workshop start date.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the Workshop start date or for non-attendance without prior cancellation.
2.2. Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend the Workshop without providing prior written notice of cancellation as outlined above, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2.3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If we cancel or reschedule the Workshop for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled date, subject to availability. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
2.4. Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request using the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
3. Participation Requirements
3.1. Access to Technology: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology, including a stable internet connection and compatible devices, to participate in the Workshop.
3.2. Conduct: You agree to participate in the Workshop in a respectful and professional manner. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
3.3. Recording: The Workshop may be recorded for internal purposes or future use. By participating, you consent to being recorded, unless otherwise specified in writing prior to the event.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: All materials provided during the Workshop, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Real Estate Business Solutions and Admin By Alicia or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
4.2. Personal Use: Materials provided during the Workshop are for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise specified.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. No Warranty: The Workshop is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the content, outcomes, or availability of the Workshop.
5.2. Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Estate Business Solutions and Admin By Alicia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Workshop. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your registration.
5.3. Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, including internet outages or platform failures, that may prevent your participation.
6. Privacy
6.1. Data Collection: By registering, you agree that we may collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://kylielange.com/privacy-policy
6.2. Third-Party Platforms: The Workshop may be hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). You acknowledge that your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Modifications to Terms
7.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will apply to all registrations made after the posting date.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia and/or Victoria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Australia and/or Victoria.
